Hi, I'm Akhil.

I'm a data scientist and software engineer. For the past three years, I've worked in the pharmaceutical industry.

Right now, I spend much of my time building AI agents for business intelligence. I'm interested in how we can ground their answers in concrete data and make those answers something we can check and govern.

I'm also trying to understand the thought patterns that give me the best chance of pursuing my dreams, and how to put them into practice.

Outside work, I'm an avid runner and Chicago Bears fan. Caleb Williams saved my life.

One recent pet project: I hooked up an agent to our company's fantasy football league and had it draft, handle waivers, propose and evaluate trades, and talk trash on its own.
