A note on who I am

I notice patterns, build systems, and turn questions into useful structure.
I care about sharp thinking, honest data, and work that compounds over time.

Overview

I'm a builder at heart-part engineer, part analyst, part student of how things work. My work sits at the intersection of data, software, and product judgment. I like turning messy, high-context problems into clear systems people can actually use.

What I work on

Systems

Designing reliable systems that scale with complexity and stay maintainable.

Data

Making sense of data-modeling, analysis, and decisions grounded in evidence.

Interfaces

Building thoughtful interfaces that help people think, work, and explore better.

How I think

First principles

Start from truth, not convention.

Compounding

Small, consistent improvements win.

Long-term view

Patient thinking creates leverage.

Clarity

Explain it simply. Build it cleanly.

Outside of work

I'm a runner and an explorer. I love long runs through the city, breaking down Bears tape, and following where curiosity leads. Chicago is home-and I'm always chasing the next good question.

I enjoy good conversations about ideas, systems, and meaningful work.
